Delivery Options Overview

We offer same-day delivery options for Metro Manila via Lalamove or Grab. Orders outside Metro Manila will be delivered via J&T, LBC, SPX or your preferred courier. Store pickup is also available.

Delivery Schedule

  • Metro Manila Orders
    Same-day delivery via Lalamove or Grab for orders placed before 9:00 PM.

  • Outside Metro Manila
    Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped out on the same day.
    Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
    Please allow 2 to 5 days for delivery, depending on your location.

Exchange or Return of Goods

At Pet Lane Manila, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged items upon delivery (must include clear proof such as photos or videos of the package and product)

Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind.

How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to support@petlanemanila.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and provide supporting proof (photos/videos) showing the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Pet Lane Manila will cover the return shipping cost for eligible cases.

Refund or Replacement Options

  • Customers may choose between a full refund or replacement for the affected items.

  • In cases where only part of the order is incorrect or damaged, a partial refund may be issued for those specific items.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

For same-day deliveries, you will be provided a link to track your order via text message and or email. For deliveries outside Metro Manila, you may track your order via our third party couriers, with details sent through email.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We are open on most holidays. Please see our schedule announcements if there will be scheduled holiday break.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to Metro Manila and select areas across the Philippines. Please note that some locations outside Metro Manila may be non-serviceable. To check availability, kindly provide your complete and accurate address at checkout—our system will automatically verify if delivery to your area is possible.

Can I pick up my order?

You may choose to pick up your order directly from our store.

  • Please select the "Pickup” option upon checkout.

  • Allow us 1 hour to prepare your order.

  • Pickup hours: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM

  • You will receive a text message notification once your order is ready for pickup.
