Welcome to Pet Lane Manila. By accessing or using our website at www.petlanemanila.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General

This website is owned and operated by Pet Lane Manila. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pet Lane Manila. By using our website and placing an order, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.


2. Product Availability and Information

  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.


3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders must be placed through our website.

  • Full payment is required before we process your order.

  • Accepted payment methods include GCash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash on delivery (for select areas).

  • All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of VAT.


4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Metro Manila Deliveries: Same-day delivery available via Lalamove/Grab for orders placed before 9:00 PM.

  • Outside Metro Manila: Shipped via third-party couriers. Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery.

  • Orders placed after cut-off will be processed the following business day.

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.


5. Store Pickup

  • You may choose Store Pickup during checkout.

  • Allow 1 hour for order preparation.

  • Pickup hours: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM.

  • You will receive a text notification when your order is ready.


6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order for items that are:

    • Damaged

    • Incorrect

    • Defective

  • Perishable items, opened pet food, and used products are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase and photo/video evidence of the issue may be required.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.


7. Product Use and Responsibility

  • Ensure suitability of products for your pet. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or misuse.

  • Always consult with a licensed veterinarian for medical-related concerns.


8. Account Registration and Conduct

  • Users must provide accurate, complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity will result in account termination.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Pet Lane Manila and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers

  • Damage during transit (unless due to negligence)

  • Consequences of misuse or allergic reactions to our products


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
